LABAN Communications provides different high quality service levels depending on customer request and site location distance. Due to response time four service levels are available:

  • GOLD  Response time 4 hours
  • PREMIUM Response time working hours
  • STANDARD Response time up to 24 hours
  • REMOTE Response time 24 hours

For all other systems we can provide checking by using remote control and management system, defining alternative solutions and solve various faults and customer's problems as soon as possible.

We can also provide special types of service on 24h basis for ISPs.
